Any extra info: I was not abusing a glitch.
In no Maplestory do pets have damage caps.
I was never once told to not use my phoenix. When I asked about using my phoenix, Anna never replied with a yes or no. I was listening to her; if I was told to stop, logically I would have stopped.

You were banned once for it cuz I thought you were hacking...
Then you did it again? If you had any common sense you wouldn't do it again, it looks like a glitch and it makes it unfair to others since you can kill HT so fast.
