Got Denied the first time but I will keep trying so here it goes

How you'd handle a hacker : Invisible -> Stalk ->Take Screenshot Evidence -> Bam hes gone
If two people were fighting, what would you do? : Simple issue then I tell them Shut up and Cheer up. I jail the one still causing conflict. If it is serious issue then I listen to both sides then make judgement.
How many servers have you been a GM/Admin in?: 1 time Admin, 4 times GM
Why should we choose you: I already support the server a lot by donating and also host some events out of my own items. I have a lot of GM experience. Specialise in Event Hosting
Reason i applied: No GM are online when people from my time zone are. Most GM asleep after Anna and DorkyStatus go off. Also, so many people ask question on Chat Box and no one reply. Lots of people spam on the chat box and that is SUPER DISTURBING for me.
Summary of yourself : Hi my name is Richard. I am good at socialising. I can talk about most topics. From sports to the most embarrassing topics. I love sports and computer games a lot. But hey I still got school as well to focus on. So can't be on 24/7. I vote everyday!!!
Extra Info: I can speak both Mandarin and English.
