    You know why I hired him?
    I've known him for AGES and I trust him and I know he'll do a good job, and he's shown MANY times that he really wanted to be a GM, he proved to me he wanted it constantly.
    I didn't hire him JUST cuz his app was good.
    It was good because it was FUNNY not because it was colorful or any shit.
    And I'm not looking for people who know how to write a similar app to someone elses, I'm looking for people who can be UNIQUE with their applications.

    I don't hire people I don't trust, simple.
