I think you guys should have more moderators on the shoutbox or chat box because when many admins or gms or w.e are appearing online though they are not actually on the hot box many people begin to spam and we can not do anything but tell them to stop spamming which they dont stop

just mute them

Yes but many people use the chatbox and when no one is stopping them from spamming the chatbox is useless to new members who need help.
