How you'd handle a hacker?
i would hide , drop a gm hat then when he/she loot it,i will kill him then spawn him in a free horntail then i ban him. Then he/she will go omgwtfbbq!Then i will say soisoisoi..goes the rofl-copter
If two people were fighting, what would you do?
I would try to calm both parties down and make them become friends.If situation gets worst i would give them both a free ride to wherever they want to go for a holiday in maplestory.

I'd love to help people who has troubles in playing ace ms.and help ace ms get more popular by the spread of mouth and forums.
