No, you aren't accepted. Sorry, it's not very hard to change the img on an npc as far as I know, I know a little 13 year old kid who managed to do it ... can't be too hard at all.
It's harder to make a completely new item then just change the pic of an item
Also, we aren't really in need of graphics etc at the moment and your time zone is kind of bad ... we need people who aren't in PST/Central/EST etc. Sorry.
